Our product line includes seven different models of Carton Fillers. The Model 07 Carton Filler is our latest model. Four models have Multiple Carton Size and Weight capability. The Model 03 Carton Filler lifts RPC and Euro cartons 7" while being filled, lessening drop distance. Two models are Tilt-Up Carton Fillers that tilt cartons with lids so the product rolls into the box, minimizing impact.   Although most of our equipment has been built for the potato industry, in recent years we have also built equipment for filling cartons with onions, bell peppers, cucumbers and sweet potatoes.  Our machines can be used to handle just about any produce that is bulk filled into a carton:  Citrus Fruit, Peaches, Mangos, Tomatoes, etc.

Tune-Ups, Upgrades and Add-ons
Does your existing Koch Filler or Indexer need a little TLC? A tune-up and/or an upgrade can make your machine run smoother and greatly increase your production output. Upgrades and tune-ups are very cost effective and most can be done in a few hours or over a weekend. Add-ons, modifications and complete machine rebuilds are also available. Model 175 Indexer/Filler
The Model 175 Carton Filler has a built-in Indexer belt that delivers the empty boxes to the filler lanes. The Indexer can be equipped with an optional Double or Triple Feed.
